Process was easy, professional with receiving a check back quickly

This was my 1st time having pet insurance, so I was somewhat sceptical about the process, but the form was easy to complete and the return was sent in a timely fashion. Would and did recommend this insurance to other pet owners.

Thinking about what I should do

I loved this company until I put a claim in for Logan’s leg and was refused coverage because it was something he had before. I will be checking other pet insurance companies. I have the letter from awhile ago, it has nothing to do with other claims I put in.

Thanks for having our back!

We, like most pet owners, sometimes moan and groan when expenses are incurred but the insurance deductible hasn't been met yet. But when catastrophic events occur, we realize Nationwide is there for us to relieve some of the pain. Our Dane had back to back emergency surgeries and fortunately is recovering quite well. We thank our wonderful veterinarians for her outcome and we thank Nationwide for easing our pain with the costs. Thank you!
