Appreciative

So grateful to have this insurance! Both of my dogs have had either medical emergencies or illnesses involving expensive vet Bill's which the insurance has covered. It gives me such relief knowing that I can provide them the care they need.

I don’t like the enormous rate increase as Bella has never been sick

Was a good plan and price until the price increase. Bella was spayed this year we were reimbursed quickly. I hope that is the only major event for her for many years since she is only 2 1/2 years old. If Bella is fortunate to be healthy for years it seems like we will be paying about $1,050.00 including the $250.00 deductible before we get a percentage of heartworm and tick control medication refunded. Not happy about the huge rate increase. I am considering checking out other companies.

Great service

People are great, excellent customer service. My only complaint is the time that it took to process the claim. About 2 months to get it processed. But they did pay and everyone I talked to was very nice and helpful

Process was easy, professional with receiving a check back quickly

This was my 1st time having pet insurance, so I was somewhat sceptical about the process, but the form was easy to complete and the return was sent in a timely fashion. Would and did recommend this insurance to other pet owners.
