Nationwide provides excellent coverage,/ major medical plan
Nationwide customer service via phone are always pleasant to deal with, helpful answering questions about coverage, especially when my dog had to go to Vet ER Center.
They always send an email to me asking about how my dog is doing whenever I file a claim. When your claim is processed you get a explanation of the benefits of services that were covered. And it also tells why some charges were not covered. You get an insurance booklet so you can review what diagnoses or surgeries that are covered and approx amount that will be paid. This booklet also tells you what services are not covered.Various factor have to be considered like meeting the annual deductible. If you wish you can check online for your pet s 'patient portal to track any claim that you have filed.
I would definitely recommend Nationwide.
