It has been great to have insurance but his insurance went up from $40 to $63 which is a huge jump up. I could understand $5-10

It's been great having insurance but I just got notice that his insurance is going up from $40 to $63 a month. I can see $5-10 increase but $23 extra a month has made me wonder if insurance is really worth it...I am a single mother of a disabled child and I got our dog to help my son with his anxiety and to have a buddy. Asking that much more I am swaying on canceling...

Nationwide is extremely dependable and I’m letting everyone know.

When I got my cat, I wanted the best I could offer her. When I discovered that pet insurance existed, I didn’t hesitate getting her coverage. It was one of the best decisions I made in her case. Shortly after, she fell ill and was hospitalized. I was skeptical, but Nationwide came through. I’m now a lifetime member.

Great customer service and quick, helpful response!

I was expecting a troublesome process when submitting multiple claims for my pup after some unexpected dental issues. However, the online submission process was quick and straightforward, and the claims were processed much more quickly than expected. Before I knew it, I had been reimbursed for all claims! Wow, this was simple and stress free! I highly recommend Nationwide if you care about your pet!

Nationwide has always been helpful and payments are pretty prompt, which I appreciate.

I would highly recommend Nationwide to other pet owners. They are great at paying vet bills and always ask how your pet is doing. They have different plans for what you need, too.

For the most part, I'm happy with the service.

For the most part, I'm happy with the service. I'm not please that 2 of Gunnar's visits were considered pre-existing. How are we to know if he had anything when we got him, which is the entire reason for bringing him in for a well puppy visit. We had Gunnar for a little over 3 weeks prior to getting his first appointment. We purchased his insurance the day we got him but of course there's a waiting period for it to become effective.
