The representative was very helpful in a frustrating situation.
I got concerned, because the overwhelming portion of my claim was deferred till the full invoice was received. The problem was that I had submitted the entire invoice, but PDFs don't throw errors where you can see one page but not another. I faxed the next time instead of emailing to make sure the same confusion couldn't happen. When I didn't hear back in a few days, I called and was told that it'd be ANOTHER 30 days for this review, like the original claim. This could have gone on for a very long time. I felt strung along over the one major claim I was going to get reimbursed for. The rep said they could file for expediting, and it was resolved within a few days. I really appreciated the help!
