So glad I got insurance!
I am so glad that I decided to get coverage for my dog Gus. He has always been very healthy, but as he is getting older I realized we would probably be seeing the Vet more often. He was very recently diagnosed with kidney disease, he was not showing any symptoms at the time, but if I did not have this coverage there is no way I’d be able to afford his treatment.

This insurance is great except you doubled the price
I purchased this insurance when my 2 kittens were just 8 weeks old. The price per cat was reasonable at $43 per cat...then $35 per cat...now at renewal you are charging me $73 per cat.....this is outrageous! I am trying to provide excellent care for my pet at an affordable price...but your company is taking advantage of people. Unfortunately, I had to cancel both policies and this peace of mind is breaking my heart!

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
