Terrible!
Before Nationwide took over VPI, it was much better. It actually put a pet owners mind at ease to be able to have your pet taken care of without worry! Now that Nationwide has taken over, it’s typical big company “get rich off of bending people over backwards.”
My dog had to have $14,000 in diagnostic tests and surgery and they reimbursed me $1700! That is absolutely crazy, when I’m spending $150/month for two dogs on their “Superior” plan.
Do the math people, save yourself the disappointment from this company, and take the $150/month and put it in a separate, high interest savings account and let it build for the time you may really need it.
My 8yo dog has had one big thing in 8 years and VPI screwed me over!!!
