I'm in as a customer, but the paperwork coming back after a claim does not always make sense anymore, will have to call,
I am a long term customer, many dogs, I still am satisfied, although I hear people rave about Trupanion. I recently had a fairly big claim (around $6000) processed, and I will have to call as to why 90 percent of it after deductible wasn't paid. The key word is "eligible", and I am a little concerned that give you some wiggle room
different than your advertising.

It helps to know Nationwide is there
Beau is having some issues lately that we can't find the reason for, and it's good to know that some of the tests being recommended will be reimbursed, at least in part, by Nationwide.

All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.

Exclusions
