Service is amazing and has been a life saver
I was recently a bad dog mom and bought a bone that was labeled for dogs at grocery store. I gave the bones to both my dogs while I cooked dinner thinking it would be similar to a marrow bone that they have all the time. Turns out I was completely wrong and both dogs are both bones. Roxy was throwing up bone fragments the next day so I took her to the vet immediately. Because I have nationwide insurance I was able to schedule an X-ray to make sure her bowl wasn’t perforated and start roxy on a round of antibiotics and antiemetic as a precaution. I really appreciate all the help from nationwide and it is a relief that when accidents happen I have insurance so my dog can have the best care.

Great
I love this insurance. Nationwide has saved me money over and over. I have five Yorkies and I've had to use my insurance several times a year. Nationwide has always paid my claims. Thank you Nationwide.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Other plans may have age restrictions.
Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
