Timing for claim review is too long when I submit claims for the same items each time
Bella is on a prescription food and one medication for two different issues. The same claims are submitted for food and medication and sometimes the review takes over 30 days. I submit all the necessary documentation each time, but I don't understand why the review time is so long.

Reimbursed for a surgery
I was skeptical at first wondering if I needed pet insurance. My dogs are both very healthy, but accidents happen, so I opted for insurance coverage for that.
When one of my dogs developed a hernia, he needed surgery and it would have been about 5k for the whole process.
I did have to get the funding up front to pay (which was difficult), but I was reimbursed for 90% of the surgery within a month of the procedure.
Extremely helpful in this economy.

Everything was seamless
I used the app to process my claim and it was seamless. My payment was direct deposit... again seamless

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
