Fast and easy process
The agent was pleasant and explained the process well. Helped to swiftly move through the steps of submitting the claim. I would recommend you partner with the Vet agencies to make it even more effecudnt for policy holders.

The process for my claim was very easy.
The insurance coverage is very good, and the claim process is very easy to work with. I also like the fact that claim payments are directly deposited into my bank account.

Having your insurance have given us some help in paying for Bindi's healthcare as she ages.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
