Efficient fast easy to submit claims
Nation Wide pet insurance in the last several years has been a God send, knowing that I can get my dogs the care and services they need without the stress of a large vet bill.

Claims seem to be a little slower to be processed and paid than VPI used to be, but so far claims get paid as expected and customer service was good when I called with an issue recently about payment of a claim and it was resolved quickly in a satisfactory way. Rates seem very competitive as compared to other companies I looked at.

Works For Us!
Having pet insurance has been very helpful financially. I never have an issue on deciding if I can afford x-rays or an extra blood test if my pets are ailing. I'm planning on upgrading to to full coverage. Do it!

Could not be happier with the coverage we have with Nationwide.
Claims are easy and answered quickly. I believe we have good coverage for our pup.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.

Waiting Period

Exclusions
