Nationwide is the very best

We have had your insurance for about 3 years now and couldn't be happier with them they pay back in about a month from filling the claim and we get it back within a month from filling the claim and we are very proud of you and your service

This was the esiest claim I have ever field or had processed in my entire life, 10 out of 10 all the way!

This claim was beyond easy to file and the follow up was phenomenal. I could not be happier with the service or the product. My fur baby is generally incredibly health, it was a relief to have a helping hand with the unexpected expense.

I am so happy I have pet insurance for stella blue snooky star!

Excellent policy. My dog needs a monthly prescription for a skin allergy, so the insurance pays for itself! I feel so much better knowing that she is well taken care of. She is our baby, and we love her like family.

I have found Nationwide easy to work with. Claims are filed without issue and responses are readily received. I never had insurance for previous pets (other than our 4 cats now covered) and I wish I had investigated this coverage sooner.

Wellness Rider is worth it!

So happy that I purchased the wellness rider with my policy. The claims were paid under the 30 day period. I would recommend.

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
