Use Nationwide
I use Nationwide for all four of my dogs and couldn't have picked a better insurance. My only complaint is one of my pets was permanently denied an upgrade because he cant blink his eye!

Explanations of reimbursements are clear and claims processing is prompt.
Nationwide Insurance Pet Insurance is managed by a highly reputable company that has been in the insurance industry for years. Their reputation alone makes me feel confident that my policy is administered accurately and promptly. I've encouraged other pet owners to purchase policies from Nationwide. In having this coverage, I am confident that I can give Caty Ann the best care possible.

Mia was great
I called in to check on how to submit medical records when I have never had any for my dogs, being that that is the only thing that can approve my claim I had no Idea as to how to get around this besides canceling everything. So I called in and talked to Mia, she assured me that if I send in a Gab Letter they will consider it, so I am thankful for that information and have done so just waiting for a response.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
