Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

We have had pet insurance since we adopted Chloe in 2010. We had not used it that much in recent years, but this year she had to have several cancerous lumps removed. She had surgery to remove the 3 lumps, we had the lumps tested multiple times, and had many vet and vet oncologist visits. I filed all of these claims and had no issues with Nationwide paying the claims according to their policy. She was just about recovered from her surgery and she was out walking and a large dog ran out of her home and bit Chloe. So we were back to vet visits and cone wearing. Once again Nationwide covered these bills for us. Now finally, Chloe is back to herself - all healed and as fiesty as ever.

We've had this insurance for about 2 years and have been very pleased overall. Very few pet insurance offers both wellness and illness/injury. We receive 90% back and have found their claim process very easy - just wish it was a 10 day turnaround time frame. Get it when you first get your pet to help with any incidents that may come up.

Nationwide has been great to have considering my dog has had some health issues. The response time and cost of coverage have been well worth the investment. I thank you for your services. I recommend Nationwide to all pet owners I have met and will meet.

Cole is a very rambunctious kitty. He gets bc he is always getting into trouble. You have no idea how much of a relief it is to have insurance when you have a fur baby that is the Evel Knievel of felines. I am comforted knowing that when I go to the vet, he’s insured & Nationwide has not disappointed.
