Everything you say is true. Filing the claim took minutes and I received a check within weeks. Thank you

I was doubtful but am now a believer! Filing the claim online was so easy. You let me know what wasn't covered and why it was not paid (food for Stella) and sent me a check for the rest. I have told everyone1

SO WORTH IT

I thought I was going to kick myself for spending money on insurance for my dogs but I KNEW one day I would need it. Lo and behold, I came home from work one night to my dogs nice and peppy, I fed them and then Nym started looking... off. It was about 8pm and I called the emergency vet line- her tummy looked bloated, she was walking slowly, and she seemed tender so they told me to bring her to the emergency vet. I took her in and after an hour of waiting and x-rays, it turns out, she was full... She essentially had a "food baby". She. over. ate. if I didn't have insurance for her, I would be frustrated that I spent that money, but the peace of mind knowing I had emergency coverage for her was a blessing. and the reimbursement process was quick and easy. Wouldn't change a thing!

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
