Easy as 123

My dog was under the weather for a couple of days. I had to take him to the doctor. I paid out of my pocket for his visit. I filled a claim and was reimbursed for the bill minus my deductible with no problems. Thank You

Pet insurance

had a GI issue which required a couple vet visits lab work, x-ray, and meds and most recently Bruno was neutered and per the Vets recommendation both nasal wedge resections. He has healed up nicely and back to his normal self. The insurance also was very easy to make claims and direct deposited funds when appropriate. Very pleased with the experience and policies.

Great service, this insurance company is fantastic!!!!

Roxie is doing fantastic after her surgery. I have had this insurance for a long time. It's very good, and has helped us a lot with claims we have submitted. When I call because I have questions, I get great assistance and the people are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great service!!

Every claim is handled quickly and easily. Speaking with customer service Representative is always pladsnt and helpful. Wouldn't change a thing!

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
