May 28th a tree hit my house and destroyed the entire first floor. It sounded like a bomb went off and glass was flying everywhere. Both of my dogs have been traumatized and had to visit the vets many times since this has happened. They had stopped eating trying to adjust to living in a condo with many new noises. Both of them are now very frightened of any noises. They have had to be put on medication to calm down the anxiety and to get them to eat. Nationwide has been quick to help me with the payments. I am so pleased I took Nationwide out for Sophie my Maltese. I wish I had it on my Maltipoo Priscilla . Tahnks for your concern and quick reimbursement.

Our family has been very happy policy holders for 2 dogs over the past 12 years. We initially started with VPI, but then became a Nationwide policy holder when the two companies merged. Filing a claim has been super easy and claims have been reimbursed very quickly. Insurance is something you hope you never need to use, but it has been invaluable when our dogs mischief lead us to unexpected injuries. We would definitely hold a policy on any future pets and would select Nationwide based on price and coverage of their policy.

We were very pleased with how easy and fast the claims process was for our claim. The form that needed to be completed was very straightforward and easy to complete. I faxed the paperwork, received an email acknowledging the claim, and then received the check. The only thing that would have made it easier would have been allowing the paperwork to be submitted via email rather than fax or regular mail.

I have to say the fact that I can submit by email and get electronic payment in almost a week is a MAJOR improvement from what it use to be. Sadie needed surgery that we just couldn't afford. With getting the reimbursement for almost all of it was a life saver.
