caring service and transparent coverage
In a worsening situation after vet hours I contacted the care line- my questions and fears were promptly answered and we ended up at the emergency vet. I felt more confident (not like I was overeacting) by having their opinion, and was very pleased to find out by acting promptly we saved Benny from what would have most likely been a worse fate! The Care line gave me confidence. The bill was covered without any squabbles- black and white on the coverage- after deductible covered 90% of costs. Very satisfied! And I have a healthy kitty again.
