Not great.
The way Nationwide gets out of paying for most claims is labeling them under the "Exclusions" or "we will not pay for diagnosis or treatment of any pre existing condition. A pre existing condition that began or was treated 12 months before the effective date of this policy." What good is having a pet insurance policy if they keep denying claims because of so called "pre existing conditions" that they decide were there, even though they were not. How convenient.
