Reimbursement
I'm so glad you worked out paying claims quicker it was brutal there for a while having to wait almost one month to get reimbursed. My last 2 claims I have submitted were paid so much quicker in fact the 1 claim I submit it I had notice the payment was sent before I got the E mail that you received my clam my 2nd claim that I submit it recently I only waited a couple of days and I got the notification that the money was reimbursed already I'm so happy you worked it out. I couldn't be any more happier great job

I wish I had the same insurance as my dog!
We all joke all the time the the dog has better insurance than we do! Will always purchase a Nationwide policy for all of our pets in the future but we’re hoping Quinn is with us for a long time!

There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
