Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

We welcomed a new puppy into our home a little over two years ago now. He was covered under this insurance plan when he came to live with us and we continued the plan. We have been able to use the policy many times to seek reimbursement for services and we have been very happy with the reimbursement. We recently had some testing done for a skin condition with a veterinary specialist. The total cost of services was about $1200. We received about $1100 of that investment back which made us extremely happy. We were able to access top quality services and the policy made this very affordable. This is a great investment for any family member! :o)

very helpful and easy to submit claims

Recently, my cat's vet closed her practice and went to work for another clinic. I took my cat to that clinic for the dental work she still needed, that involved removing 4 teeth. It took awhile to get all the paperwork from the new clinic to Nationwide, but once it was all there, which is better to send by e-mail than Fax, the claim was paid fairly quickly. I have now switched to a mobile vet who brings the clinic to us, because the trauma of going to this distant clinic is too much for her. I'm hoping the claims process continues to work smoothly.

Really appreciate this insurance. Response is great and reimbursement is very helpful
