Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance (formerly known as VPI) for my Mocha since I had her at 1 years old. Even though I have paid for all these years, I knew that Nationwide Pet Insurance would be there for my Mocha when the time called for. Sure enough the time arrive, when she was diagnosed with cancer cells In June and had them surgical removed, it was so reassuring to know that the Vet Place would take care of the claim for me. I didn't have to do anything on my part, but to take care of my Mocha. Nationwide Pet Insurance then notified me as soon as they received the claim, saying that it could take up to 30 days, which was really less than one week. I am very pleased with Nationwide Pet Insurance and made it so easy to go through phase with Mocha.

Due to many issues, I waited a long time to file my claims for my golden doodle. Finally, after several recent and expensive visits to our vet, one of the specialists there told me that I could file for even old visits, and that they could do it for me. I was so very pleased, and it was not long before the checks were sent to me. In total, they amounted to a substantial amount of money. I was amazed that I could file for old visits, and I really appreciate the policies of Nationwide that made this possible. I don't know about policies for other companies, but I know that there are some that put a limit on how long one can delay in filing. Thank you so very, very much. Sincerely, Diana B. Generally very satisfied. Would love to see a cumulative view of what has been covered by item so I could track how much has been paid to the maximum allowed. It is difficult to get to that figure now. Seems simple to do like our people insurance!

I don't know where we would be without Nationwide Insurance for our furry babies. They are fast, easy to correspond with, and always caring. Customer service is awesome and the website is user-friendly!!! Roxy and Duke send their love!!!
