And I thought I shouldn't have gotten Pet Insurance

I would be on the streets now if I hadn't had Nation Wide Pet Insurance! My beautiful Zainah was hit by a car on March 13th. She broke both of her front legs---I have had the most extraordinary vet care, they have submitted the insurance claims, and nationwide has been responsive when they called wiht some questions. The customer service provided by Josh Clark had been superior. My only requests for improvement: 1) payments take a long time to get to me:) 2) The statements do NOT name the provider who submitted the claim.. In my case I have had to go to Ventura for most of Zainah's care; howver have had to take her to the local vet a few times. It is difficult to know which claim is from whom. Please see if the provider's name can be included on the statements. Thank you nationwide! And I have referred 5 people to you so far. Claudia Crawford

Sawyer is better

Thank you for inquiring how Sawyer was doing. He is much improved. We have another dog Stella, who was not well shortly after Sawyer’s medical issues. Stella required special X-rays to determine her hip issues. As she is a Bernese Mountain Dog and is about 124 lbs. the vet had to use sedation to take the necessary X-rays. Our Nationwide policy covered her full treatment. Both our dogs are doing much better and our thanks to Nationwide for making it possible for us to give the full medical treatments necessary to keep our loved pets well cared for.

Worst possible experience

My experience with Nationwide pet insurance is by far the worst experience ever of dealing with a business whose practices seem plain corrupt/ shady. From rude and unsympathetic customer service reps to learning about how their adjustors are spending time finding ways to deny claims and finally to know how slow the entire process is. I plan to cancel my policy soon if a legitimate claim of mine gets denied after I've provided every possible way to fight the false label of pre-existing condition that my dog never had. Definitely shady business here. - so buyer beware.
