And I thought I shouldn't have gotten Pet Insurance
I would be on the streets now if I hadn't had Nation Wide Pet Insurance! My beautiful Zainah was hit by a car on March 13th. She broke both of her front legs---I have had the most extraordinary vet care, they have submitted the insurance claims, and nationwide has been responsive when they called wiht some questions.
The customer service provided by Josh Clark had been superior.
My only requests for improvement:
1) payments take a long time to get to me:)
2) The statements do NOT name the provider who submitted the claim.. In my case I have had to go to Ventura for most of Zainah's care; howver have had to take her to the local vet a few times. It is difficult to know which claim is from whom. Please see if the provider's name can be included on the statements.
