So far, not a good place to shop.
I have two claims on Douglass that are over two months old that you have failed to act on. You won't tell me if you will pay them or not. I call on a regular basis on these and all I've gotten is a royal run around. You won't even tell me if you'll pay them or not, and I've become extremely angry and frustrated with you people. You need to settle these claims ASAP or tell me you've denied them. This has gotten to be pure BS.
