Well worth the money and easy as pie to obtain refund

This year our dog has visited the vet more than in her 3 years of life! I am so grateful for the coverage with Nationwide Pet Insurance. The extracted cracked tooth was an unexpected and untimely cost, but we were refunded in such a short period of time after submitting our claim. The process of online claim filing and receipt of funds is so easy and quick! I am a huge fan and have been singing the praises of Nationwide Pet Insurance whenever I can!

Great coverage, quick a d easy claim process and prompt payment directly into my bank account.

Very Easy to Work With

We have had Nationwide pet insurance for 3 of our dogs. They are very easy to work with for claims processing. They were also very sympathetic when one of our dogs passed away unexpectantly. I would definitely recommend them.

Best insurance ever!!!

If it wasn't for the pet-insurance, I wouldn't be able to provide my pet with the care she needs, well worth the monthly premium I pay. Thank you!

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
