Always has our back!
Molly is always well taken care of by our vet, and we are always well taken care of by our pet insurance! Claim submission is so easy on the app, and digital payment of claims directly into our bank account is great. Our two previous cats had significant health issues (cancer and kidney disease), and their pet insurance allowed us to give them the best care. When our two older cats passed away and we got a new kitten, we immediately signed her up for pet insurance.

Extreme Difficulty with Claims
it took almost 6 months to get Nellie's claims paid despite three vet's offices sending extensive records. I have never had this with any of our other dogs. I even sent in all of her adoption papers and vet records prior to our adopting her. i will say that your customer service was very good.

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
