Slam dunk easy!

Just wow, fax the claim over and the fastest processing and payout. You guys never cease to amaze me and I talk up your program all the time. Many people take the risk of no insurance (who could afford it) and then oops, you get slammed with 7000$ vet bills around seizures ... I paid in, so I was confident to pursue the doctors recommendations without hesitation. Just as I would hope to do for my human kid. 7k out of pocket is possible, it’s just terrifying and would sacrifice a lot. Instead I started the top plan 2 years ago and am grateful I did. Thank you!

First and Best Pet Insurance Experience Ever!

Never had pet insurance before but I can tell you this pet insurance is as good as any human insurance! 90% coverage and mobile picture claims make it easy as possible. And the payments come quick! Not too mention my AA corporate discount, I am referring you to all the animal lovers I know!

I wish my personal health claims were treated like my dog's claims

I was a skeptic about buying insurance on my dog. I am so happy with my decision because the company is so easy to work with. Claims are processed in a timely manner and there is a constant communication with the company as to status.

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
