Lifesaver!
When I first got my dog I called Nationwide to see which plan was best for me. The customer service rep was very knowledgable and recommended the best option for my dog's age. I chose the plan that reimburses 90% and I can't say enough what a lifesaver it has been, especially since my dog had to be put on prescription dog food, needed some diagnostic testing and her teeth cleaned under anesthesia. I would not have been able to afford it all otherwise. The customer service is outstanding, claims processing and turnaround is very efficient, and I love the emails checking on Cookie to see how she is doing after a claim. Thank you Nationwide - keep up the good work.
