Handled quickly.

Sinbads claim was received, looked over, processed for reimbursement and received in 2 weeks. That was fantastic!

Easy claim filing system!

I have been using thus company for years for my current dog. The claims have been processed extremely efficiently and it helps that the filing by fax is so quick and easy. I find that the reimbursement is usually covered quite well for both Illness treatment and wellness. I’m a huge supporter of this pet coverage and will continue as long as I have a pet.

Reimbursement aspect of policy needs to be communicated better

Nationwide needs to better communicate the fact that this policy does not function in a manner similar to human health insurance. The claims were needlessly delayed in processing because of an unawareness on my part that this is a policy that essentially works in a manner that is "we don't pay until you pay." Claims are still processing for care that was provided back in August.
