Solid Insurance

I’m really a fan of nationwide. Even though my price has gone up again, I think it started at $55 which is so affordable, now I’m up to $79. That is a big jump and a lot per month especially during these times. I looked at other companies to switch, just to see and what I found will make me a nationwide pet insurance holder forever. As much as it is per month I am willing to pay (but please don’t raise it anymore!!!!) it because at the end of the day, it’s the easiest plan to understand and covers the most. I called before Sully had her dental cleansing to just confirm it was covered and the woman was so kind and very to the point which I love. Also I cannot express how amazing it was to see my $973 bill and then get $878 back. So do I wish it was a little bit cheaper per month, totally. But the cost of knowing my beloved dog is well taken care of is more than I could ask for.

GOOD COVERAGE BUT THEY WILL CHANGE YOUR COVERAGE WHEN YOU FILE A CLAIM

I would say the communication part could be improved by just communicating with the customer. My claim we delayed over 30 days and no explanation of why. My claim was for a back surgery and now the underwritten permanently excluded skin allergies. However, when i signed up it said 6 months no issues. That was very shady for the company to remove that coverage permanently due to my claim for a back surgery. I will be looking for another insurance provider her in the near future. That just rubbed me the wrong way and no communication once again. Only a letter but didn't tell me why. My guess is because you covered the claim for the back surgery.

Only negative comment would be price has risen dramatically since the inception of the policy, from around %9 per moyh to $89 per month. Wondering why the dramatic increase in premium?
