Nationwide Pet insurance is absolutle the best!

I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance since my golden retriever was born and have had nothing but exceptional service. I would highly recommend to any new or even existing pet owner. Fast replies and so very easy to work with. Have nothing but good things to say abut this insurance coverage.

My Relief

Having Nationwide for my pup is my relief when anything comes up with her and I need to take her to the vet. Knowing that I can comfortably take her to the vet and not worry too much about the cost really helps reduce the stress associated with it!

They are really, easily, and completely good job!

Happy that I have Nationwide!

I couldn't be happier with Nationwide for my dog. Although my calls with their customer service representatives were a little 'eh' but not bad, it was really easy to submit a claim and it was processed really quickly! I think providing more information on how to submit a claim via the app would have been helpful over the phone. I just ended up submitting it via email since I didn't feel like making another phone call. Overall, good service and great coverage!

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
