Happy that I have Nationwide!
I couldn't be happier with Nationwide for my dog. Although my calls with their customer service representatives were a little 'eh' but not bad, it was really easy to submit a claim and it was processed really quickly! I think providing more information on how to submit a claim via the app would have been helpful over the phone. I just ended up submitting it via email since I didn't feel like making another phone call. Overall, good service and great coverage!
