Nationwide has truly exceeded my expectations. I wish human health insurance was this easy.

I have pet insurance on three dogs. It is truly so nice to know that when I have an emergency or illness for any of them, that I can afford to take care of it without all the worries of financial obstacles. They care so much and their customer service is amazing. I totally recommend this insurance.

Review

Premiums go up with age. Too much to quick for my liking. That being said, customer service is excellent. They pay what they say they are going to pay, and they do it quickly. Overall happy with this company.

Don’t waste your money

This insurance is very expensive and they deny all claims. They are thieves and someone needs to stop them from raping the pockets of their policy holders.

Review of claim benefit

Recently asked for a review of my claim. The process was cumbersome and required about 2 hours of my time to collect past year information on my pet and mail all at my expense to California. Seems to me this could have been done online since all my dog's information has been previously sent to Nationwide. Final result? They determined I owed Nationwide not the other way around! Rediculous. I would not recommend Nationwide even though I have in the past. Very disappointed.
