The on-line claims process did not work for several months and it was frustrating.
The on-line claims process did not work for several months. When I would call I was told to use a different browser. Not necessarily what a client wants to hear. I did not have success with a different browser. Then miraculously, I tried it again awhile later and it worked beautifully. Whatever upgrades were made to the site were worth it for your client.
