Clear and easy process

I thought the process was very clear and easy. It gave me all the options and only asked a very limited amount of questions. Would recommend for anyone looking for pet insurance.

Great plan and low price

Friendly and great service! Quick and easy signing up. Very low prices considering all the perks that come along with the insurance plan. We will see how it goes when I have to use it, that little test has yet to come. Off to a great start for now with this company.

They sell pet insurance but don't want to hear about your pets...

I did not feel like you wanted to take care of me. I got stuck in a pissing contest between two employees I don't know maybe they make commission? Not really my problem the person that helped me when I called in to set things up really didn't want to talk about my original quote or answer any questions. The first person I spoke with who seemed so eager to help dropped me like a hot potato when he found out I had already taken care of it when I asked him a question he said he would transfer me to the person who had set up the account this made me angry and it made me feel bad. The person who ended up finishing up the accounts would ask questions and when I answered them he wanted minimal info didn't care to hear about my pets not a good look when you are selling insurance for pets... finally someone contacted my vet and asked for one of my pets full medical record without asking me about it first I did not like that the record was emailed to me ... now I understand why you may need it and would be fine getting it for you... but doing this without my knowledge is not ok... it has left a bad taste in my mouth and I am quite honestly really thing hard about canceling and going with a different provider who understands that it's is not what you said that made me angry it is the way you made me feel my pets are my life I own a service dog and he was not cheep he deserves only the best and unfortunately I don't think that is you.
