Fast knowledgeable help.

Someone knowledgeable from this country answered the phone and was able to quickly help me add a new puppy to our policy. The website was not functioning properly and I thought I would have to wait on hold for a long time, but did not. Every time I have called, it has been a smooth experience.

My beautiful wonderful Theodore died…

My beautiful wonderful Theodore died March 22. He was a Yorkshire terrier. He would have been ten years old this May 22. I miss him dearly But one thing I didn’t have to worry about was paying for his vet care which was a lot. I bought insurance when Theodore when he was four months old. Nationwide never questions my bills and always paid thank you Nationwide. I do really appreciate that. I’m 77 year old woman and I would not have had the money to properly take care of him. At least with all the sadness I didn’t have to worry about the cost. If I ever get a companion again I would definitely insure with you Thank you.

Charges in small hidden text is misleading

Adding a 131 charge in small print showing 61 dollars in big prints is a very shady strategy. I only found out after credit card sent me a text. Shame on you.

Monthly Cost

Policies start at approximately $12 per month.
