Always comes through
It’s nice to know that I can take the dog to the vet and not have to pay so much. Means I take her to the vet when she needs it instead of waiting for something to get better on its own

Affordable, dependable, informative and fast electronic payment of claims
The rates are reasonable, the information that's available to you 24/7 if fantastic, filing a claim was so simple, just be sure you include everything they ask for., making payment of claim super fast! It's a great feeling to know my dogs are protected from unfortunate mishaps as well as regular checkups.

You have been a lifesaver in helping me take care of our sweet girl.
Recently Lola had come down with a case of pneumonia and if it wasn't for nationwide's pet insurance I am not sure we would have been able to take care of her. They always process the claims quick and efficiently. I don't know where I would be without them

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Other plans may have age restrictions.
Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
