Very Helpful
We are very glad we added insurance right away. As a puppy he has already had a few vet visits and both were covered. Knowing we had the coverage made it easier to take him in and get checked to ensure no major issues had happened.

Nationwide Truly is on My Side! Thank you!
This is the first time I have had pet insurance and I am so very thankful. My work started offering it as a benefit this year and I thought I would give it a try. I didn't know what to expect for reimbursement of a $7,800+ surgery bill. I was just hoping it wouldn't be a big hassle to get a couple of thousand back. I was so pleased to receive notification that I was getting the full 90% no hassle, no excuses. Everyone I know will know how great Nationwide is.

Great timley service
Very happy with ease and speed of claims process. However after one year a big premium increase. In all fairness I had two expensive claims ( total approx $1500) in the first year, not sure if that influenced it. But I'm keeping the service and am very pleased with the claims process. Thank you.
