When I first began submitting claims approximately 3 years ago, the turn-around time was great. However, it became much slower. But now it has returned to the reason that I refer other pet owners to Nationwide. I pray that they will continue to offer a quick turnaround because other companies are very slow based upon what other pet owners have expressed.
