I am so grateful for your reponse, your personal caring, and for the most part, the efficiency with which I have been reimbursed
I would have had to rob a bank when Zainah was hit be a car----if it wern'e for you.
One comment--I am not as comfortable with the new format on the website for retrieving information about claims.
AND__PLEASE, could you add the Provider to the statements you have---It can be so confusing not to have the provider identified.
And I have referred aobut 10 people to Nationwide.

Nationwide has been so friendly and helpful---both with advice, direction and help with cost.
Nationwide has been so easy to work with---helpful and friendly when I did not understand something. And during this time when I have been out of work , the insurance has been a life saver for me! Thank you Nation wide!!! I also have recommended to my friends who have pets...and new puppies !!

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage.
The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Other plans may have age restrictions.
Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
