Lenghty Processes Overall

Filing claims is extremely lengthy for one. Two, before I ever filed a claim, somehow another customer filed a claim on my policy to which I had to wait on the phone for 45 minutes to resolve the issue. Very unprofessional overall and not worth the $$.

Competitive rates!

First time signing up for Pet Insurance for both of my dogs, which can get pretty expensive. I’ve only had to deal with two claims and so far very easy to submit refunded directly into my bank account within a week.!
