Get shocked during Renewal

Expect a significant hike during renewal - Customer Service and Management cannot explain or justify the increases. Otherwise best plan out there.

Not only is the app very simple to use but submitting a claim is easy and im so grateful for this insurance. Theres no way id be able to survive without reimbursement. Its been worth it every year.

Totally worth the monthly cost

Claims are easy to submit, get processed, and refunded. Although the monthly payment goes up the moment your pets have a costly emergency, it is still worth the cost.
