Experience on filing claim
We have 2 mixed terrier puppies Bandit turned 1 year in October and Tulip will be 1 year in July. MetLife answered any questions when it came filing a claim and how long a process would take. Claims were processed very quickly and deposited right to our account. Would rececommend MetLife Pet Insurance to anyone wanting insurance for their pet

Claims were reviewed in a timely manner. Receiving the amount of coverage described in my plan. Notified of details via email to verify claim was received and once EOB became available.
