They get your claims taken care of in a week and their plans are get I had a different company that took forever and did not cover a lot of things definitely recommend them to all pet parents!

My insurance rate went up when I asked…

My insurance rate went up when I asked if it could be lowered and I was told that it could be lowered by $10 because I volunteered at the Humane Society however then I was told that the $500 extra that I got this year because of not using all of my insurance last year would be taken away. So I wasn’t able to get the $10 discount for volunteering.

Great pet insurance easy to navigate there app and put claims in. They are very good at keeping you updated on your claims process. Highly recommend them!
