Claims are processed quickly and they are very easy to understand. When I have had to add a pet to my coverage, customer service was very helpful. When I had to update an address, again they were wonderful and helped solve my problems quickly.

Our claim was processed and fulfilled in a timely manner. The claims process was very easy, start to finish.
