MetLife pet insurance is the best money I spend every month. Their service is superior! We are so very pleased with them. Will never have another puppy that is not insured by MetLife!!!

MetLife Claim Submission - Easy & Efficient
- The online claim process is very simple and easy.
- Documents from the Vet can be loaded in the format I receive them directly to the claim.
- An email verifies receipt and updates are posted to your email.
The interface was recently updated. It is also easy to use. There were a few problems with the application accepting multiple documents on the evening I was entering a new claim. If it were not for this problem, I would have scored a 5 out of 5.
