The customer service was professional and extremely helpful. They are a great insurance company. They have paid and done exactly what’s in the contract. No hassles, no issues, and effortless service. I appreciate it very much.

This was rough as the website froze and kept freezing throughout the payment process. Once I clicked on change the billing address, it would freeze up every time. My dogs coverage would have started today considering I tried paying the premium around 11:45pm and I wasn't able to check out until around 2am the following morning!!! I will contact MetLife pet insurance to see if they can adjust it.

It offers excellent coverage.
