Awesome pet insurance

We have had MetLife pet insurance for over a year now. The app is easy to use and submit claims on. Tracking is great and they always stay in touch with you from beginning to end.

It’s not clear how to get reimbursed…

It’s not clear how to get reimbursed for an approved claim. I see on the website it says that I will be sent something asking how I want to be reimbursed but I have not received that.
