Submitting form is very easy. Communication is wonderful. Processing the claims is very fast along with reimbursement. MetLife has exceeded my expectations.

Met life has made it easy

Met life has made it easy. Turn in receipts with notes and they pay their portion. Vets these days have outrageous prices. We got a new puppy who made us get insurance before receiving the pup. Thank goodness. The expenses add up quickly. I need to add my 6 year old doggie!

Good, but it can be better

You offer a good service at a fair price. However, many denials are sent "by default" instead of documentation being reviewed. And some items that should be approved, get denied for :miscellaneous: reasons. I have 2 claims under appeal review.
